Slip Resistant

Durability
The safety flooring incorporates a silicon oxide gritted surface. It has good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and stiffness making it the perfect product when wear and corrosion resistance are primary performance requirements. During the manufacturing process an inseparable bond is created between the silicon oxide and the FRP thus ensuring the long term integrity of the slip resistant surface.
Corrosion Resistance
The safety flooring is manufactured with high quality fibreglass impregnated with Isophthalic polyester or Vinyl Ester resins ensuring they are suitable for use in the harshest of chemical environments. The two types of finish are I Type and V Type. Chemical resistance guides are available on request.
Installation
The safety flooring is so versatile, it can be applied to nearly any existing substrate and is quick and easy to install. Securing is achieved with adhesives and/or a selection of mechanical fixings and is well within the capabilities of most maintenance departments. It is a finished product so the areas in question can be used immediately. All the products we supply can be cut and manufactured to individual specifications and a full installation service is available. |
